Youth Mobility Circuit
Mobility is very important in improving the athleticism of every youth athlete.
It is the ability of the joints that are intended to be mobile to move through the correct range of motion to achieve certain positions.
We would like to see more middle school programs and youth organizations address this issue as this can have a profound affect on the athlete’s ability to move properly and with speed.
